I collect:
Italian stamps (since 1960 only if new);
Worldwide stamps issued before 1960, with particular interest in the former colonies;
... and all the ones I like
I am looking for my themes:

1949 UPU 75th anniversary

New Zealand - Health

New Zealand is an island country in Oceania, place the South Pacific Ocean. The first Europeans to visit the islands were the Dutch in 1642. Since 1840 substantial waves of European settlers arrived in New Zealand and, in 1854, was installed the first New Zealand parliament. In 1893 New Zealand was distinguished as the first country in the world to recognize the right of women to vote. In 1907 the New Zealand acquired the status of dominion, then became fully independent in 1947.

The first Health stamp was approved by the Government in October 1929. The stamp was assigned a postage rate of 1d postage and a charity value of 1d. At the suggestion of the Health Department it was decided that the proceeds of the charity value were to be donated to Children's Health Camps.
